- Patient is Retrieved – The technician reviews order information and retrieves the patient from the waiting area. Using the order information, the technician identifies the patient and leads them to the exam room.
- Patient Details are Reconfirmed – Once in the exam room, the technician uses Foundations™ to reconfirm the patient’s identity and procedure details.
- Patient is Examined – The technician adds details into the order such as scan start time and when contrast was administered, performs the examination, and completes the order.
