MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, September 25, 2026 — HealthLevel, a leading provider of healthcare operations software, today announced a contract awarded by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Tele-EEG and Epilepsy Program (NTEEG-EP) to provide its Foundations™ platform in support of nationwide Tele-EEG and epilepsy operations.
NTEEG-EP operates a virtual neurology network connecting facilities and staff across multiple VA coverage areas and time zones to deliver timely, 24-hour, 365-day epilepsy and seizure care coverage for Veterans, including those in rural and underserved areas. Under the agreement, Foundations™ will serve as the program’s core data analytics solution, providing real-time visibility into operations:
- Near-real-time tracking of visits, Inter-Facility Consults (IFCs), e-consults, return-to-clinic orders, and appointments
- Metrics drawn from central administrative and clinical data sources
- Provider on-call analytics integrated with the scheduling system
- Individualized and management-level productivity, quality assurance, and turnaround-time reporting
By bringing operational and clinical data together into a unified platform, Foundations™’ interactive analytics and workflow capabilities reduce reliance on manual processes and enables the NTEEG-EP to access key operational measures that empower staff to make more informed operational decisions. With near real-time visibility (e.g., case volumes, workload, provider coverage, resource utilization, workflow performance, etc.), NTEEG-EP teams identify trends, monitor quality and performance indicators, evaluate capacity, and uncover opportunities to improve efficiency.
